Slovenci su kulturno i genetski toliko drugačiji narod od Srba...

As what is concerned about Serbs and Croats and who is who, I can agree that shtokavians are similar to each other and that they share a dominant Balkan element, however claiming that they are all Serbs is preposterous because the main reasons we had Serb identity in Croatia are the Ottomans, consequential movement of Vlachs and other Orthodox peoples and the influence of the Serbian Orthodox Church who also spread the Serb national identity. And what is the Serb way of proving Croat shtokavians that they are Serbs? State bullying during the first Yugoslavia, massacres during WW2 and finally rebellion of the Croatian Serbs helped by the invasion of the Serbian Serbs, followed by burning, pillaging and killings in villages and towns in the early 90s.

Logic: Dubrovnik and its inhabitants are Serb, lets shell them with artillery.

Really MENA if you ask me.

Question why do such glorious ideals (one for all, all for one) always result in horrors

Serbs use cyrillic writing that was made for Bulgarians, hence Serbs are Bulgarians in denial. This thought process is amazing.

They are indeed Catholic Serbs. Bosniaks are Muslim Serbs. Same thing, different package.

Russians, Belarusians and Ukrainians use Cyrillic as well. They are Bulgarians!

Serbs have nothing to do with Bulgarians and their language who sounds alien even for southern (torlakian speaking) Serbs who are less than 10% of total Serbs. Let alone other (shtokavian) Serbs who are +90%.

Dude, the term "Catholic Serbs" is historically non-existent and a sort of an oxymoron. Dalmatians called all the Orthodox people in Dalmatia as "Serbs" regardless of where they came from (for example even Bulgarians) which to Dalmatians was a synonym for a Serb. So to say that people in Dalmatia including what was once called Turkish Dalmatia (present day W. Herzegovina) are "catholic Serbs" couldn't be farther from the truth - it would be the same as saying "catholic orthodox" or "catholic protestant", at least in the regions mentioned here.

Regarding the music you posted there, that music is characteristic of Dinaric regions which cross the ethnic boundaries, so again the dinaric is not the synonym of a Serb. In fact, this music is very well played by the Croats who live in the Dalmatian hinterland while in some Serbian ethnic lands is not (for example Vojvodina is more similar to Slavonia in that regard). Thus here we are talking about regional differences not an ethnic ones. It's obvious that people who live in the mountainous regions of Dalmatian hinterland would play very similar music, have very similar traditions and costumes regardless of them being Croats or Serbs or whatever else they call themselves. Someone even mentioned klape singing here. Klape singing is indeed Croatian tradition, but that being said it doesn't mean that the type of singing mentioned previously is not. It's simply because East Adriatic coast where this type of music came to exist has always been inhabited by mostly ethnic Croats while the Serbs lived on the coast in relatively small number and haven't adopted that culture as theirs. If they had however, they would have probably developed their type of Klapa singing as well by now.

So, my suggestions is to stop spreading mythomanic and chauvinist bullshit here if you don't want to further embarrass yourself. Cheers.

Do you really believe that there was no any Serb who was Catholic since Catholicism and Orthodoxy officially exist (1054)?
