No, Argentina being more than 80% white is not true, and never has been 80% white. Nowadays Argentina is around 40-50% white, and white peak in Argentina was around 1940-1950, and I dont think whites were more than 60-65% of the population.

Sad, the most european parts of Latin America and these with significant immigration waves 60/90 years ago are going down the hill, being Argentina, Venezuela and Cuba the best examples.

About Argentines european descendant, its possible the country is still 60/65% over 3/4 european. Before 90's, this percentage of whites and castizos could have been 80%.

But Im not sure ofc, when I saw scenes of Maradona funeral on the TV most people looked clearly mixed race and some seems to have low european admixture like indo mestizos, dark trirracials or mestizos and that was Buenos Aires, a city largely impacted by immigration. So its uncertain when other protests of Buenos Aires there is a white majority public.

Nop 80% is not accuarate, idk where you got that idea, but the 1st video you posted depicted(I didn't take the time to watch the 2nd) a march of the Partido Obrero (The local commie party) wich use ilegal inmigrants from Bolivia, Perú, etc. for their marches.
These Bolivians and Peruvians dont even know the reason why the party is marching and they are paid to hold the banners and making presence there, if they have lil children in their arms they are paid more.

And yes our burocrats are very diverse due to the strong socialist,populist , globalist, inclusive...history of the country.

The average Argentinian is between 75 and 85% white. With more Immigration from nearby countries like Paraguay, Bolivia and Peru, that amount may drastically decrease in the not so distant future and the Argentinian population may become slighty more Amerind/mixed.

I agree with you. People in 1st video arent argentineans. They are clearly bolivians. I dont understand why an argentinean party whitch is protesting against poverty in Argentina use non argentineans.Why they dont use argentineans. If they use bolivians, then they should prostest against bolivian government who have generated these poor bolivians, but I think that Partido Obrero like many leftist are proEvo Morales who was probably president when these inmigrants went to Argentina, and these poor bolivians are voters of MAS (Evo Morales party). It is very stupid when foreigners protest in a country where they are living and dont protest against their own government in their country. But that isn't distributed evenly. There are plenty of 'pure' descendants of European immigrants but also many Mestizos.
