Nope, Latin America has some female homicide rate due to adultery, the number of couples separations is lower than in the USA.

It seems similar in prostitution (in the south of Brazil there is very little). Homeosexualism is more tolerable in the Northeast and Rio de Janeiro regions (southern European Brazil is more conservative, Argentina and Uruguay must be similar)

As far as I know, United States indeed tried to send their blacks to the Amazon, but Brazil said no.
Same for Jews, Brazil probably would be their second destination, but they also said no, their government was clearly fascist even tho they supported the Allies

OK perhaps I should have qualified that: Latin America is (or rather was) more tolerant of MALE adultery and usage of prostitutes than the US has been.

Yes, one of the plans was for the USA to send black ex-slaves to Brazil, the government did not accept (what would it do with these blacks?) Jews I do not know.

Ex-European colony will want only European immigrants (many were farmers in Europe). Tribal immigrants don't make sense if you want the region to prosper.

Yes male adultery is more common in southern Europe (I think). Prostitution is not common (ex-tribes not adept at regular marriage) and prostitution (for money) was small

Brazilians love to copy the craps from USA, and I'm seen people here who look more caucasoid than negroid identifying as black, LOL.

Yo me he peleado con afroantillanos porque no les apoyo el afrocentrismo y no me considero negro. El café y la leche son cosas diferentes y el café con leche es diferente al café y a la leche al mismo tiempo

In XIX century, the anglo saxon influence were related to masonery and brought liberal ideas in upper classes, crashing with the spanish heritage. Actuallly, most of liberal politicians here were against Spain and Catholic Church. In XX century we had both influences: middle and upper classes more liberal and low class more puritanical (calvinist related), with the evangelical churches. Now we have many NGO talking about minorities and human rights, supported by USA.
