I just rethink my answer.
The most foreign part of Czech Republic had to be Prague - the capital city.
Everything happens there, and all the power seems to be concentrated in one place. Politics, culture, media, jobs, opportunities.
It is (almost) impossible to be succesfull in showbusiness and not to live at Prague. Incomes (but outcomes, too) are higher than in the rest of the country.
Political preferences of Prague people are mostly opposite, comparing with the rest of the country, etc.
