Documents revealed Wednesday by Canada’s Rebel News Network suggest that Canada planned to train China’s military in cold weather tactics at a military base in Ontario — and canceled the program, reluctantly, at the Trump administration’s request.

According to information presented in the video,

1) The CCP refuses to make good on Chinese sovereign debt that is in default. Some of this debt is held by Americans.

2) The U.S. pays $72 million per day in interest on U.S. sovereign debt held by China.

3) There is a "creative" way to eliminate at least part of the interest payments that the U.S. has been making to the CCP:

• The federal government buys the bonds in default that are currently held by individual Americans and/or banks.
• Broadly speaking, these bonds that the government has just bought would become the equivalent of a special form of 'currency', for a special purpose ...
• With this new 'currency', this new form of 'cash', the U.S. government could 'pay off' hundreds of billions of dollars of debt held by the CCP. The U.S. government would not use any real assets, the exchange would be just paper-for-paper.
• Since this remedy is already written into federal law, no legislative action by Congress is needed.
