Big update I managed to get many more samples. I will be showing what they got with the unassigned and without the unassigned. For the without the unassigned score, I just calculated the unassigned in correlation with their ancestry.
    Jalisco 200 Samples
With unassigned: Caucasian 62.9% Amerindian 32.22%
    ssa 2.95%
    South asian 0.22%
    unassigned 1.7
    Without unassigned: Caucasian 63.96%
    Amerindian 32.77%
    ssa 3%
    South asian 0.23%

    Michoacán 191 Samples
    With unassigned: Caucasian 59.22%
    Amerindian 34.01%
    Ssa 4.63%
    South asian 0.24%
    Unassigned 1.9%
    Without unassigned: Caucasian 60.33%
    Amerindian 34.65%
    Ssa 4.71%
    South asian 0.25%

Take this one semi-serious due the amount of samples
    Zacatecas 47 samples
    With unassigned: Caucasian 58.99%
    Amerindian 36.28%
    Ssa 2.81 %
    South asian 0.14%
    Unassigned 1.78%
    Without unassigned
    Caucasian 60.02%
    Amerindian 36.92%
    Ssa 2.86%
    South asian 0.14%
The rest of the states have few samples so don't take it too serious.
    Guanajuato 22 Samples
    With unassigned: Caucasian 45.5%
    Amerindian 48.32%
    Ssa 3.85%
    South asian 0.35%

    Without unassigned: Caucasian 46.4%
    Amerindian 49.23%
    Ssa 3.92%
    South asian 0.35%
Note: the results for Guanajuato seem odd since it came out less than even Colima. Although I will say that people with ancestry from leon are very underrepresented here.
    Colima 20 samples
    With unassigned: Caucasian 54.16%
    Amerindian 37.83%

    Amerindian 33.99%

Note: the result are too euro; definitely due to the lack of Indo-mestizos

I’ve noticed from Reddit that the majority of Mexicans scored around 3-6% SSA on average but then a few will have higher scores of like 15-20% SSA.
Is there a certain region in Mexico that has more African influence?

Yeah; it's called Costa chica (A coast region in Guerrero and Oaxaca) there are some spots in Veracruz as well

The last census (2020) shown that 2% of the mexican population is Afro-mexican

The norm seems to be between 1 to 6 percent. In a region called costa chica, located in the coasts of Guerrero and Oaxaca it is normal for find individuals above 10% ssa. Also many parts in the state of Veracruz one can find individuals with significant african influence. Thoose two areas is where the african ancestry is most significant. Keep in mind that the afro-mexicans are significantly mixed with the the ones in costa chica being more Amerindian leaning and Veracruz afro mexican is being more of a mixed bag

Thank you both for the information!

I may be wrong but it seems like Mexico is one of the lesser African influenced countries in Latin America.
