To be honest ,he's not so atypical.
I believe that he resembles phenotypes of some "Bell Beakers" who invaded Britain in late Neolithic/early Bronze Age.
Strongly Dinaroid looking guy, but no idea about other admixtures.

Keltics are Dinaroid, North Atlantids are still Dinaroid. He's only a bit more Dinaroid than these two subtypes are, but still in reasonable part.
He still looks Biritsh to me, I wouldn't place him in Balkans or Poland where Dinarids are present also.

To be honest, Dinarid proper are not that common, at least in my region. Those ones who resemble Dinarid are basically Norid.

He's half-Italian which is perhaps where some are seeing Dinaric. I don't think he's that atypical either, but still I would cast him with ease if I was directing a Biblical movie. Equally, he's played IRA characters in the past.

A good red herring if that was one's intentions, not that I am accusing any posters of this. People seem to be unclear in discerning Keltic Nordic or Dinaric traits.

This is his sister, Susan Lynch (their mother was Italian).
