Im Serb (always identify as Yugoslav) from Krajina i have a first hand experience with Milosevic politics and im also a victim of his politics because in 95 i lost almost everything because of him. I lost my home, my birthplace, the land where the graves of my grandfathers are. If in 1991 he would send the whole army in its full capacity straight to Ljubljana and killed all the Kucan-Tudjman-Izetbegovic coup right at the start we would not have a bloody war. But he didnt have balls for that.

Republika Srpska is part of Bosnia, Krajina part of Croatia, and Kosovo de facto a separate country. I don't know how you count that but all are territorial loses.
