There does not exist muscular people who don't work out. There are some muscular-ish people who don't go to the gym, like my GFs father. He has overdeveloped arms and especially forearms because he works with manual labour. People have some muscular development but don't hit the gym, usually have a job that involves some lifting. Jobs that involve picking up heavy shit from the ground a lot that are not easy to pick up will usually have developed forearms, because the muscles in your forearms determine grip strength.

Those who want to live, let them fight, and those who do not want to fight in this world of eternal struggle do not deserve to live.
Even if this were hard--that is how it is ! Assuredly, however, by far the harder fate is that which strikes the man who thinks he can overcome Nature, but in the last analysis only mocks her. Distress, misfortune, and diseases are her answer.

They are usually endomorph and bigger boned. I much prefer a natural body type than a gym one which looks artificial.

Very strange question.

Guy on left has a bit more body fat. It's still low, but what gives the "gymbunny" look on the right is his lower body fat percentage. People associate "cut" muscular guys with body builders who are usually on steroids.
If "gym bunny" was just a bit more fat on him, you'd assume he's "natural".

Well curiously, Dan Lydiate has been re-called to the Wales squad to play in the Six Nations for the first time since 2016. Despite having had just as many horrific injuries during his career as had Sam Warburton, unlike the latter he is still playing - the fact that Warburton's body couldn't cope any more with the constant strain of all the working out he had to do was a major factor behind his retirement in 2018.
