If you lend your car to a reckless driver who is known for crazy driving because it gives him a mad power rush, would you say he planned it all when he crashes it into a tree?

I think he wants to instill panic so he can take advantage of a drop in stock prices. I don't believe a crash is coming. It will be more of a slow decline. Governments and central banks will prevent a total collapse in the short term.

Thing is we are only in slavery to them via debt until the fiat money no longer holds it's spell. If living standards drop, people stop believing in the system, with out belief in the system the system dies. Take the Greeks for example, barter systems are already flourishing there, as the system in Greece is in further decline than ours.

People are enslaved in the system primarily through our Germanic work ethic.

If people instead try to suck as much money out of the government system, like the parasites we complain about, the system dies faster.
