I think it will really help you, a lot of people do it to relieve anxiety, even a walk outside will do you good. I've also been experiencing low mood problems for the past week and am prone to emotional eating because of it but going outside for a run really helps and I feel refreshed afterwards. Hopefully it's a short term thing and not ppd for me. Hope your anxiety improves x

Meh. I barely notice the changes. I can still see my friends and family, go shopping, etc. In here, people complain about the stuff all the time, yet nothing really changed that much, really. Try being on a solitary confinement in a cement tomb as small as a parking space for a couple of days and the true feelings of isolation will kick in.

Some physical activity, even some brisk walking to get fresh air and sunlight and a change of scene from being indoors, helps with the dull routine of being indoors.
If you are not willing or able to go out, then, some exercise,, such as a few minutes of high-intensity floor exercises, or something like yoga, can at least get the heart pumping, some adrenaline in your system, and get out of the funk from too much sitting around.

Getting fresh air is always good.

One thing that I noticed also helped with my anxiety was cutting back on all the junk food I was eating and feeding my body the nutrients it needed instead.
Taking care of your body will help you improve physically and mentally.

Other things you can try are Aromatherapy, CBD Oil and meditation.
Precisely. After doing my exercise, I also do surfing the net and reading some articles and found this one helpful. I just want to share it thinking someone can benefit from it. https://adaa.org/learn-from-us/from-...ion-strategies,

The best thing to do is stay away from watching the propaganda on the television and internet. Reading books is a great way to relax. Get outside and sit in the sunshine helps as well since most of the population on earth is deficient in Vitamin D which causes all sorts of issues. One of the main causes for anxiety and fear is viewing social media. Being near people that have these negative traits does NOT help at all. It is better to be alone than in bad company. When we are near negative people we will feel their negative energy as. Stay off any and all prescription synthetic poison pills. Research Bach Flower Remedies. They WORK! FOCUS on YOURSELF and find hobbies that you enjoy to do. Do not focus on negative things :-)

4-5 mile walks or hiking depending on weather and time constraints. Maintaining my tan is almost as important as stress relief. I also do some meditation before bed.

Doing the same thing here. I don't let the day end without exercising.
