    I'm fine. Still doing the usual but I always keep myself aware especially nowadays where a new covid strain has been found recently.

    I've been reading a lot of books. Funny thing you should mention that I recently read a book on that and Vitamin D is the most common vitamin deficiency worldwide and it affects more than 2,000 different genes or 6% of the human genome and it is more like a hormone than other vitamins. I take vitamin D supplements but going outside in the sunshine is best :
