I have the same thing and preach it man, its very hard and annoying, u almost feel bipolar on how much your perception of yourself can change so suddenly, and its also something so hard to open up about since people dont know how much the perception changes in your head, and I get it, its very hard to imagine it, I also dont want people to know I have this disorder bcs I dont want anyone to exploit against me either. Its nice to see someone that goes through the same thing as me (Not that I am glad that u have it, obviously not, but u know what I mean), specially a person who is as good looking as u, makes me feel not as messed up. I am also glad u are getting better.

Hell yeah we will! I got a lot better in my late teens, but when I was 15-16 it was unbearable, what helped me a lot was giving looks a whole less of importance and give more to other things, like heart, personality, intentions and just everything else that makes u you, but it definitely comes back every once in a while, when it happens I try to deviate my concentration to something else, bcs If i don't I get really down and I hate it. Idk what could cause it, maybe the pressure to just look good all the time, makes u detest or reject when u perceive u don't look your "prime" more than other people?
