2 Mortality rates for childbirth are not high at all in developed nations.

3. If you mean why don’t human women give birth as easily as animals. That’s a couple of factors. 1. Women in Europe and Asia have much narrower hips and are overall less suitable for birth than tribalistic people like Africans and Islanders. So blame bad sexual selection for this on the part or Europeans and Asians.
