"Turanid + Med" sounds like water is wet since Turanid is already Med admixtured. You can't be Turanid if you not Med influenced.

That's why Turanid is so dark compared to Uralid.

yes, if we count iranid as med. (i guess yes, i really don't know) because i don't think most of the central asian turanids have a med component, they look more irano-mongoloid.

Modern day Central Asian Turkics are very mixed with Iranics and Mongolians, not a very accurate way of represent "Turanidness".

Altaylı is correct, "Turanid" is CM + Proto-Mongoloid hence they have wide face/nose and are broad headed in contrast with Meds and Iranids who are long headed.

yes modern central asians look irano-mongoloid but early steppe people like Huns and eastern scytihans more like cromagnid c + proto mongoloid they had lighter features(like Huns in my signature) thats why some Kazakhs and Kyrgyzes have lighter features.
