yes modern central asians look irano-mongoloid but early steppe people like Huns and eastern scytihans more like cromagnid c + proto mongoloid they had lighter features(like Huns in my signature) thats why some Kazakhs and Kyrgyzes have lighter features.

Modern Turanid already have CM in face shape. I meant modern central asian just mixed with iranics and mongols pure turanids already look like my kyrgyz kazakh examples

Why i dont know but i love karakalpak Turks too much their culture very beautiful and their culture like mix of central asian cultures(Oghuz-Kypchak mix) i have big respect to Karakalpaks
