I don't see the degeneracy there apart from the plastic surgery (which can be required if one has a septum deviation, for example).

He had a lot more plastic surgery than just rhinoplasty, although he did have a rhinoplasty as well - I doubt it was for medical reasons, considering the rest of it.

By the way, times are changing, and so are definitions. Nowadays Trump supporters and voters are called White Supremacists and /or White Nationalists. Even all Republicans (minus the "rinos" like Mitt Romney and Liz Cheney, who are basically the neocon establishment). Effectively half of the US population, and a majority of the non-Hispanic White population.
