Some of these people can't be considered WN leaders or giving intellectual support (unless you have such low standards). For example, Palmgren has a show where he interviews people. That's neither a leader nor adds anything intellectually on his part to a belief system. Marcus Follin is just a youtube fitness guy who has WN views.

Most people who are leaders in any political group fringe or mainstream are usually cowards and or degenerates. In my experience yea but they are long gone and dead now. George Lincoln Rockwell, John Tyndall, Wesley Swift etc.

When looking at movements, I don't just look at what people who lead these movements say. I look at the leader's past and those who give intellectual support to their movement, and when looking at White Nationalists, it's all degenerates. It's so bad that you have to think many of them are FBI informants (and in a few instances, it's has been proven without a doubt in court). Degenerates are easily compromised.

From murder to child porn to being committed by their family to a mental institution to mail order brides, it's pretty much all degenerates.

That is because the number 1 requirement to be a 'white nationalist' is to be incredibly stupid. There has never been a 'white nation' in all of history. People cannot even define what is 'white' for everyone to agree on . Even if we take it as its most strict sense and say 'white' is the Saxons of northern Germany/Frisia and the English these are part of two different political entities at least (now at least 3 with brexit).

I found out I cluster closely with the SouthWest English and what happened ? I began to learn more about British culture, the language(s) dialect(s) differences between American English and British English, and started to learn more about British culture -- I did not become a 'white natonalist'.

lol @ Mark Collett. I mean he's not a "degenerate" in the true meaning of the word but I don't think the OP meant it in a very specific sense. Using the traditional definition you could say most WN leaders aren't degenerate. His image is far from clean either way, which is more what I think Grimes was getting at.

Maybe Marcus Follin(his image is rather "clean" and is a voice of moderation among WNs), but his narcissistic personality and schtick is kind of lame. The other two are literal nobodies. I can't think of many actual like sexual degenerates or anything other than Greg Johnson who's gay, MW who admits he used to be, and Richard Spencer for being an alleged wife beater, a few charged with violent crimes, etc(I guess can also include Pierce for being a polygamist? I dunno), so I don't think Grimes was thinking along more those lines.

I'll add another one to the list of WNs I consider have largely kept clean images without any baggage: Peter Brimelow(and he's pretty signficiant), could also add a few others but I would struggle to call them "White Nationalists".

Palgrem is good at interviewing people. I've listened to him interview a few people. I was aware that early on in his youtube career he interviewed people on silly shit. His wife is absolutely annoying. She reminds me of what Opie & Anthony referred to as 'the hole.' The woman on a show that adds nothing. The woman is just there for diversity purposes or in the case of Palgrem's show because she's his wife.

I wouldn't call Brimelow a WN. I see him as just an old school conservative. I don't know if I can say Jared Taylor is a WN, either, really. Do they say anything different than Pat Buchanan? The only difference between Buchanan and them is his Washington credentials but they're all basically old-school conservatives.

I think the next question is which WNs is an informant or agent provocateur?

I live near where Hal Turner once lived before he was sent to prison and I remember his antics. It was obvious that he was an agent provocateur and so it was no surprise to me when it came out in court that he had been working for the FBI. He went too far and the FBI cut him loose.

I suspect the guy who runs the Daily Stormer, Andrew Anglin. He's also a degenerate (having sex with Filipino prostitutes). If that guy's antics doesn't scream agent provocateur, I don't know what does.

There are good people and bad people in all populations.
