Meral - Used both in Mongolian and Turkish.
Ceylan - Mongolian gazelle
Ceren - derived from Tseren, which means gazelle in Mongolian, also a common name in Mongolia

Ülev means 'right' (as in rightful) in Turkish. It's not commonly used though. But yea there are names and surnames named Ülev. You can search for it on facebook.
