Zeus and Poseidon both had "blue black" hair. The blue perception was likely due to the sun shining on their hair giving the illusion of a blueish tint on their Jet black hair. This is cited and it is fact from Ancient Greek sources. One must also realize that each color in Ancient Greek represented a large variety of colors. I once found on a color chart on this site, pretty sure it was this site but I lost it, it had all the color's and ancient Greek and a plastered color box beside each word showing which colors they represent.

I don't hold these Gods in high regard since these God's descend from non-Humans who looked like Caucasoid humans but were giants, many of them bred human women.

physically they probably didn't change much. I doubt the 5-10% extra Northern admixture played a significant role. Also pigmentation within West Eurasian genes has as much to do with climate imo. However genetically modern Greeks are defintiely slightly more Northern shifted than ancient Greeks. Ancient Greeks appear to be best represented by modern Cretans.

Modern Greeks (via Southern Slavs), modern Italians (via Germanic tribes) and modern Western Iranic people (via Scythian, Sarmatian, Cimmerian, Russian and North Caucasian) are more Northern shifted.
