Favorite Star Wars episode?

I'm an Empire Strikes Back guy, everything else was a notch or more below to me. Yup, even episode 4.

All classics to me, but yes that particular one is a masterpiece

great pick, but I don't think it was as good as empire's strikes back. It did have a great ending scene with Luke seeing Obi-Wan and Yoda. And the revised edition also had Anakin in it! So I respect that choice

Luso, they may be non-canon now, but I fully recommend for you to give the Knights of the Old Republic pc game and its sequel, The Sith Lords, a try. You won't be disappointed.

The originals obviously. I lost interest in Star Wars after I saw the re-animated versions in the late 90s, the prequels were terrible but at least they were kind of funny in their badness, the Disney movies don't even have that, so I've stayed away from them (downloaded a couple and watched them in the background but wasn't really paying attention).

The original trilogy and it is not even close, imo. I think the prequels had potential that was never realized due to sub par character development, poor directing, bad dialogue etc etc, I could go on, but the Disney trilogy was just a blatant cash grab, at least the prequels tried to do something innovative and new.
