A green-eyed Ainu man. It's interesting! And some natural blonde asians.

I googled and I found this:
"BLUE OR GREEN EYED ASIANS: HOW DOES IT HAPPEN?
Contrary to what many believe, blue and green eye colors do occur naturally in people of Chinese and East Asian ancestry. As mentioned, gene mutation is one cause; the other occurs when a person of Asian ethnicity possesses Caucasian ancestry on both sides of their family who are carriers of the gene for that particular eye color. For example, a Chinese or Asian couple with brown eyes could conceive a child with naturally blue or green colored eyes, so long as the gene for this eye colour exists somewhere within the ancestral line of both parents."

I doubt they have blue eyes. It would be very rare. Anyway this girl in the OP has obvious dyed hair (it is that brassy colour) and is wearing contact lens.

While Melanesians have blond hair (Australian Aboriginals also have) they don't have blue eyes.

eye and hair color are "complex genetics" meaning they don't require a specific mutation to occur; they can be the result of many different factors.

Even if this were hard--that is how it is ! Assuredly, however, by far the harder fate is that which strikes the man who thinks he can overcome Nature, but in the last analysis only mocks her. Distress, misfortune, and diseases are her answer.

You must be kidding me, my fellow Brazilian.

That woman looks Korean, the only natural thing in the photo is her sclera.

This Is actually a very Interesting thing to me. I thought blondism was actually a Caucasian thing specially European.

Are Australian aboriginals really pure ?

Some Melanesians have blonde hair and lack any kind of West Eurasian admixture, their blondism evolved independently and it's caused by a different mutation IIRC.

Some Siberian Asians may have light eyes and blonde hair, but they are a minority.

It's a different mutation than the European one so nothing to do with European admixture.

Bustamante and his colleagues compared the genomes of 43 blond and 42 dark-haired Solomon Islanders. This revealed that the blond hair was strongly associated with a single mutation in the TYRP1 gene, which encodes an enzyme that influences pigmentation in mice and humans. In Europeans, several genes are known to contribute to blond hair, but TYRP1 isn’t involved.
