Not a bad piece of infrastructure. It's ugly as sin, but you don't notice it when you're on it. As for the tolls ? I can imagine a lot of people being unable to afford it, but those don't drive cars. I can remember NAIA back in '12. Terminal 1. It wasn't a cheerful sight but things have changed tremendously.

I think it was like 30 or 35 per person, but that's in a taxi but that's a couple of years ago now. Even 70 would be friendly, since you win like 30 mins or more.

Oh the price was definitely worth it, not that it's super expensive. You know how it is over here: the traffic is terrible.
