This of most significant news since the Székesfehérvár Ossuary is the burial place of numerous Hungarian kings from the Árpád but also Anjou and Hunyadi dynasties. Actually it's rather groundbreaking since usually the Catholic Church doesn't allow any modern genetic researchers to open up royal graves. But amazingly this will happen very soon in Hungary, and honestly the amount of revelatory and groundbreaking findings cannot be understated enough since we will finally have a clear picture about the genetic composition of ca. 600 historical people from the period of 1000-1500 in Hungary's history. 13 Hungarian kings and 2 queen consorts were buried there, among the most notable: Saint Stephen, Coloman the Learned, III and IV Béla, Charles Robert, Louis the Great and Matthias Corvinus. The research will be done by the same team who found conclusive links of the Árpád Dynasty with Inner Asia, and preliminary results are to be expected sometimes towards the end of the next year.
