Will Rock N' Roll make a comeback in the next decade?

After nearly 20 years of Hip Hop and Pop music, I wonder if Rock N' Roll is still alive and will make a comeback in the years to come. I don't want to die without seeing a big festival just as Woodstock was, for example. I really hope new school bands bring that old feeling of Rock N' Roll.

Rock never went away, it is just more of an underground/niche thing now and frankly I prefer it that way, mainstream rock is nearly always some vanilla, bland shit intended to appease a wide audience. We live in a time where really the musical climate today is better than it ever was for both fans of music and artists who want to be heard (arguably worse for those who want to make money but that is really a discussion for another day, haha). We do not even really need terms like "mainstream" and "underground" anymore since the freedom is there and you do not have to go crate digging to find "underground gems", you can just type into the search bar and find a vast range of niche Afrobeat records, Japanese math rock or Norwegian atmospheric black metal, whatever.

I like your style, Kivan. Most of what I listen to is the same Prog Metal, Stoner Metal and related that I've listened to since the 2000's...lol. Maybe I'm suffering from "old fuck" syndrome, I don't know...
