^ Well, if I ever were to go to China, I probably would try some of those foods, yeah. I've drank snake's blood in Indonesia and eaten turtle soup in Brazil.

Besides, I bet most of the western style restaurants in China would be just as lame as most Chinese restaurants in the west are. Also, we have many pretty disgusting traditional dishes in Europe too -- I can't think of any American ones atm, but I wouldn't be surprised if there were some.

If you don't like China or the Chinese, fine with me. But I just don't see the point of trying to prove things about people based on what they like to eat.

Speaking from a Geo-political perspective, I think India will be a bigger player in the region. India and Pakistan are headed for an inevitable nuclear exchange anyways, so that will probably be the next flashpoint for the next great world war.

Not being a Christian, I find all Desert religions equally laughable, so..

True some religious theists are pretty nuts, yet that fanaticism absorbed and beat the old pagan gods in the end. Secularism is rather new to this world and if the Wests education system keeps degrading, it won't belong before the fanatics take over the asylum again.

China is, I believe, the World's fastest growing market. But that growth will eventually come to a halt once the Chinese get infected by the global consumer bug.

The growth will stop when the global GDP goes negative and the global depression begins.

The Israelis play both ends against the middle. To the guilt-ridden White liberals they play up the multikulti stuff and to the Neo-Cons they play up the "Holy Land" BS. In a sense I don't blame them, for they know the second their US support dries up, they're dead. The Arabs know this too.

It a sickening political game really, which can only end in tears.

I would say its more accurate that they're more concerned with the growing Mexican demographic as they know or care little about Jews and their experiences in countries they have no connection to. The American Jewish lobby has been making active efforts to not only make ethnic alliances with Mexican groups (and have promised to lobby for amnesty in return) but also have been printing holocaust education materials in Spanish to spread Jewish-Israeli sympathies among these people.

The south American Catholics have no affinity to Israel or the Jewish cause, why would they? Being the Mexicans are the fastest growing ethnic demographic in the USA the Jews are trying to build another alliance, with a slightly friendlier demographic than the Muslims.
