Irish men, along with Polish men, have the lowest success rate in joining the site.

We Irishmen are being labelled the ugliest in the world after a dating site rejects more of our applications than those from anywhere else (apart from Poland).

The fact that beauty is only skin deep is of little consolation if you're blocked from hooking up with hotties online - a situation that a huge percentage of Irish men are having to face after being rejected from dating site beautifulpeople.com.

Although Irish women fair better

Irish women fair better on the site, with 20 per cent acceptance. This puts them ahead of the Germans and Brits, although they're a long way behind Swedish women with their whopping 68 per cent acceptance rate.

So Swedish women are considered attractive. Not exactly a shock there.

Ironic, that both Irish and Polish men are known for good looks. Who puts those results together? They must be out to date men who look like women. I think those dating sites are looking for men who not only are not that good-looking but also looking for men who don't provide much in terms of being a man.
