This book is bullshit because author derived his percentages from Górny S. anthropometric survey. But in this research there are now correlations between for example color of eyes/hair and cephalic index. There were given separately. I have this work scanned, if you want proof

Czupkiewicz guessed about correlations only... And was wrong. Not all peoples under 80 C.I. are Nordics and of course not all of them are blond, narrow nosed anf faced (there are Sub-Lapponoids, Littorals and Baltids also in Poland but most of them are of North-Western type which is Nordic-Med mix).

According to Michalski study on 36532 military conscripts from pre-war Poland the Nordic proper is 2.8%. Source: Michalski I., Struktura antropologiczna Polski, 1949.
The North-Western type (call them Atlantids or North-Pontids) is about 18%. The Sub-Nordid (Nordic-Lapponoid blonde brachycephals) about 48% is the most numerous type.

Nordo-Baltids and Nordo-Alpinids are far more common in Poland. Dolichocephalic nords are more common in the Baltic States (especially Latvia) and Northwestern Russia.

I guess this question is slightly influenced by my time on Skadi, and partly from my own observations. I have seen East-Nordid Ukrainians quite often where I live, but most Poles tend to be Baltid, Norid, North-Pontid, and Alpinid, or a combination of those factors. Very rarely does one come across a truly Nordid Pole. Some Balto-Nordids exist, and some Polish Norids are almost Nordid, but never quite as extreme as the Nordids in the East-Slavic and Germanic populations. Why is this?

Poles are more brachycephalic than Balts, due to Gorid/Dinarid admixture, so they are mostly Norid/Subnordid (brachycephalized East Nordids and Baltids).

Among Kashubians perhaps, but not among Carpathian Slavs, who look almost like Southern Slavs.

just on the basis of this composite, of which I don't know the reference material, it doesn't give the impression of the average Polish person being 'Nordid' but rather distinctly Eastern.
