It's amazing how much the Danish dunes and beaches remind me of the Netherlands. The landscape is exactly the same.

Didn't you say you liked brick buildings? Here's Esbjerg, quaint looking but easily one of the brickiest towns I recall from Jylland, always liked this town.

Egeskov Castle (Danish: Egeskov Slot) is located near Kværndrup, in the south of the island of Funen, Denmark. The castle is Europe's best preserved Renaissance water castle.

Say, I know those towers, that's Ribe. That town's a beauty. I bet there's less than 10,000 living in that town, which is probably why she's kept her charm, thankfully. One of the biggest trade hubs in Scandinavia in heathen days, safe to say, it was one of the first places to get a makeover. That domkirke is quite the sight.

I'm much too fond of towns like this; truly amicable to the pedestrian and none of those glass-steel beam monstrosities to be found.
