When I think of stereotypical Ashkenazi appearance, I think of your examples Sarah Silverman is probably it (dark hair/eyes, very pale). There is of course a lot of variation, and I would even say that diaspora Jews tend to be more Ashkenazi and look a little different to Israeli Jews on the whole.
I would agree that posting half Jews is fair when discussing the diversity of followers of the religion/culture, but not when discussing Ashkenazi or Sephardi phenotypes. They're usually posted when trying to white wash the ethnicity

Very good analysis and I have to agree, since Ashkenazi genetics cluster with Southern Italians and Greek Islanders (50%) and 35% (West Asian or Levantine) and the rest being 20% (Slavic or Germanic) that really ideally gives Ashkenazi a very exotic or unique appearance as we're mutts. And I 100% agree with your luck on Sarah Silverman, she's a good example of a stereotypical Jew. Many of us also seem to have what would be considered the "Litorid" phenotype, that gave us the famous "Stereotypical Jewish appearence" with it's armenoid, dinarid and med mixture that coll-orates with the Ashkenazi mix. I think if there was the average Jewish phenotype, I think it would be this, here's also 2 Ashkenazi celebrities representing it below.

That literally does not matter, both of them are predominately Ashkenazi
Brody was born in Woodhaven, Queens, New York City, the son of Sylvia Plachy, a photographer, and Elliot Brody, a retired history professor and painter. Brody's father is of Polish Jewish descent; Brody's mother, who was raised as a Catholic, was born in Budapest, Hungary, and is the daughter of a Catholic Hungarian aristocrat father and a Czech Jewish mother. Brody was raised "without a strong connection" to either Judaism or Catholicism. SO even on his "hungarian side" he has Ashkenazi, he looks that exotic due to his Ashkenazi side not his "part Hungarian Mother".
Jenny Slate has a great-grand parent that is Sephardi, but that literally means nothing, she's predominately Ashkenazi and there are many Ashkenazi that look like her.
