Why would you feel sad that such a beautiful and true religion like Christianity has over taken a vile paganistic cult like the Slavic cult.

Well done Poland for not giving in to demons.

I am not anti catholic or I am not anti catholic church. I actually don't believe in God but I would call myself a catholic atheist. It is only sad that the ones that tend to weaken role of the catholic church in Poland have no real alternative for it. What will be Poland then, yet another mongrelized weak state as Ireland is? When I see all the leftists, feminists that have nothing intelligent to say, I would rather have a nuclear war than new Poland ruled by them.

It's always extremely concerning when an ethnic identity is linked in close relation with a given religion, since fanatic religious and ethnic pride are the worst combination to become radicalized and tribalistic, and look down on and even hate people outside of your imaginary tribe.
I really don't understand fanatic religiousness at all, seems completely alien to me. It seems that in much of Europe nationalism is very strongly linked with at least moderate Christianity and strong dislike towards atheists. It is very different here, as atheism is very common among nationalists, I'd say could be even more common than among leftist. Of course there are quite a lot of religious nationalist also, but religion is not important topic, and these factions can co-exist merrily. Just not a topic that is discussed, live and let live. Often atheist nationalist also defend Christians against persecution of most fanatic leftist atheists.

You can make the exact same point about literally every country in Europe. Paganism is not a thing today, despite every European ethnicity had their own version of it. The MENA stuff has taken over some time ago. I don't buy either, because there's next to zero evidence for either.

He probably meant that he’s “culturally catholic”, whatever that means anyway.

Yes. This is what I meant. I am not religious but I'm far from all the commercial atheism like we have today. Church isn't any obstacle for me I don't have to fight it and follow all that generic rasons like pedophilia or church finanses thing.

Yeah, I know. Generally, unless the said catholic doesn't actually believe in the catholic stuff, why call him like that? That's the necessary part in there. One of my old-fashioned neighbour makes her husband to dress up every sunday and they go the local church to attend the mass. It's cool and and everything, but the man is an atheist in any sense of the word anyway. It would be like calling Homer Simpson a protestant christian.
