If you actually look on human phenotypes- they point out Arabid smewhere in the Balts.most likely some Ashkenazi Jewish settlers.

Only paper I've seen strong nasal bone forward projection linked with possible (but likely not necessary) nasal convexity AND shortness of nose is the Kylälahti paper. And Kylälahti had very short nose, only Ainu of Japan had similarily short noses. Obviously OP guy would be extreme example even by Kylälahti standards, but put all those requirements together and that is the general plotting you can gauge the guy into with at least some certainty as outlier member.
