How racist is China?

I mean, technically all Global South countries are racist, in that they have a massive inferiority complex towards white people, and any Western tourist that sets foot on their land would be lynched right away. Third World countries also don't have any sense of human rights or equal opportunity, and many of them are so multiethnic that you even have different cultures within a country fighting each other.

Every Black person I have met who have visited China complained about the "racism" of the Chinese.

Chinese have tremendous racial consciousness. Race is not a taboo in China, there's even scientists specialized into that.
