Taffa or Taffeh can be found in the National Museum of Antiquities in Leiden. I don't even need to look that one up. I practically "lived there" as my late father used to call it because I was there, at least, twice a week. Much to both his chagrin (he paid my entrance fee as I was only a boy), and his delight. Because:"Spain is different".

But, if it is made of sandstone, it erodes easily, so yes it will be better inside some type of protection structure.

Anyway in Madrid rains about 3 times less than in Netherlands, and Debod temple it´s larger than the one you have and also occupies more surface because it consists of several elements.
