Off topic but why do people say this? Don't Irish have one of the highest Yamnaya in europe.

The modern Irish might be white but only because they have been conquered and colonized by various peoples including the Scottish and English for centuries. British rule in Ireland began with the Anglo-Norman invasion of Ireland in 1169 etc... and the Irish free state did not exist until 1922 but that did not stop all foreign admixture. There were some laws later in British colonization to prevent admixture between protestants and catholics but it wasn't always effective. I think Ireland, in all honesty, was Conquered by the Scottish, English , Germans, French and Italians during various different times and that is the only reason modern Irish people are not subhuman aborignes, anymore, perhaps.

Gotta give credit where credit is due- you put some loving care into this reply even if I do not agree with all of the details. Why is the Brunn "race" inferior, to you?

Don't fall for the liberal-conservative dichotomy. It is false and misleading, and is easily used by tyrants to restrict freedom. For example, our 'conservative' tyrants have given us a 'war on drugs' which has eviscerated many of our rights; while our liberal tyrants have given us 'civil rights' which have eviscerated even more rights. The point is that the only real political divide is between small government (whose harm is limited) and Big Government (whose harm seems to be unlimited) -- a divide which really translates into the question of how much taxes should the government be allowed to impose on us.

Libertarianism as it is known today is not what our Founders created. It is truly not conservative. Early Americans, for example, illegalized sodomy, prostitution, and even other forms of sexual activity. They did not believe in freedom to do whatever one wants. They recognized that a truly "libertarian" or anarchist society leads to chaos. Uncontrolled men create mayhem, which in turn leads to totalitarianism because most people prefer order and will choose it over "freedom" if forced to. Short story, men have to be controlled by something. Either they're controlled by religion and morality, or government or some other entity will step in. Drugs, sexual deviancy, abortion, and other things libertarians believe they should have the right to engage in are at odds with an orderly, well-functioning society. A religious/moral population will recognize that and will oppose their legalization. Why support something that will tear away at the fabric of society and ultimately lead to the infringement of those rights that are of value?

In my opinion, libertarianism is a poorly thought out ideology that is popular with the young because it sounds good. It shares some ground with true conservatism (perhaps better called paleoconservatism), but because of its shaky foundation, it brings a lot of sludge with it. That and the Libertarian Party is likely funded mostly by Democrats. They certainly benefit more from its existence than conservatives and libertarians combined.
