3. I dare to say that Napoleon had much higher IQ in general than Hitler.

So he is much more responsible for all evil which he done.
He could use his higher IQ for good and benefit of others.

4. Napoleon didn't spread Liberalism, HE WAS SPREADING FREEDOM, and Napoleon will REMAIN AS THE ONLY LEADER/EMPEROR/RULER ever where other nations/ethnics WANTED to be conquered by him.
