Oh well... I support them too ocassionally, also Costa Rica (my wife's country) and also all latinamerican teams many times.

I think it's most common rather in UK/Ireland, Nigel Mansell style, yeah it's also used in many countries.A place where 30000 Finnish retirees live (the same number as in Florida). Those flat caps are common in Europe, I use them too.

As The Svetozar says, here our flat caps, called boinas, are a bit different, so (usually only old people use it)
and so
the first ones are quite ugly IMO.
Our old people and rural ones also use these caps A LOT, it is a superclassic
