    Yeah he could. I don’t usually find that phenotype attractive though

    A lot of folks change their features once they lose weight/start working out. It's unbelievable.

    If there is steroids involved (yes, a lot of nice looking shape dudes are on roids) the change can even be more noticeable. You have no idea.

    But yeah, he ain't attractive. Looks quite boring too.

    I think that, objectively speaking, he is not really appealing to women. Baltid and Alpinid types give a less manly impression than do other Europoids. There is not much you can do to improve that. George Costanza in Seinfeld was an Alpinid character famous for getting women despite being unattractive.
