It looks literally yellow to me. I've never seen anything like it ( Especially when the lighting changes after the first minute of the video.)

Hazel-green, his eyes are quite typical of some populations of the mountain regions of Afghanistan and Tajikistan, found among some Med groups too though not that common in Europe i would say.

Yeah was bout to say , his eyes are not unusual among afghans , I would say it's amber /green , quite rare generally speaking
