Andorra is the shortest European nation. Very small, it can't even be seen on the map. Russia is the tallest. I mean, look at that gigantic territory!

Tallest: Dutch, Serbs and Montenegrins.
Shortest: don't know, probably Romanians.
My nation leans heavily towards the tallest groups tho.

Interesting list here on milk consumption per country. Montenegro and Netherlands are in the top 3.

I also read before that it also depends on grandparents' diets. I think that was a Finnish study.

Maybe by the large numbers of Gorids and Carpathids.
These phenotypes are typically stocky.
Also, Romania is a poor country.
The life conditions are factors of the height, but I read a study, which promise the height of the people caused 80% by Genetics. This is logic, because the family members and relatives often have similar height. For example, my tall strature came from my Dad, and his Sister also a tall woman.

From my very cursory research the tallest are the Dutch and men in the Dinaric Alps and the shortest are the Portuguese.
No Romanians are not the shortest.
This is not my only source but seems pretty clear. I'd only take the measured ones as accurate and also some of these results are older which will be a factor also.
