Classify/Pass central Moldavians

They are from Voinova village, Strășeni district.

Pretty interesting mix of South, North, East and Caucasian. Some people look kinda Georgian.

They looks distinctly Moldovan, and this set is very alien for my people in comparison. They are shorter with rounder, softer and fleshier features, honestly they look very eastern.
Mix between east Balkan, east Slavic and some Turkic influenced types, this mix is distinctly Moldovan I guess. And they are bit darker haired than Croats.

Except in Moldova I'd place them in Bulgaria and southern Ukraine, but as a group they probably only fit in Moldova well.

Also very different looking from Transylvanian Romanians I saw during my travels there, not a big overlap at all.

Not even in Romania Moldova? I saw such faces in Romanian side too, but not as a group of course. Anyway, these one are just from one village, the look can change from village to village.

Yes, as I said, some individuals look familiar, others look off, in group they cannot pass for romanian moldovians. Maybe moldovians from other regions look different but I'm talking about this pictures only.
