Well, it was recorded at home and the bass is pretty crappy, as it is cheap - Cort GB-PJ and I live in small 50m2 apartment, so the neighbors would get angry. And I don't like using the softwares for creating music, except Audacity, which was used on this piece. I'm mostly going all natural and stuff. So, forgive me, please.
I just wanna show that I'm somewhat active, musically.
All instruments were performed by me.
I have more of the recorded musical pieces, but I don't wanna tell you, what is my name, though.

    I enjoyed it.

I like the short outro with that drum part followed by that last guitar lick.

I like the vibe on this, much potential, my friend. Makes me want to start making music again.

Thanks. I have only good influences, ranging from Rush (since 2010, my no. 1 band), Yes, Supertramp, Sparks, Genesis, early King Crimson, ELP, Frank Zappa to Black Sabbath, Scorpions, Thin Lizzy, Led Zeppelin, The Who, Queen, Budgie to Queensryche, Crimson Glory, Savatage, Metal Church etc.
And I'm 21. A fan of rock music, since 2007, when I was 7, thanks to my parents.
I'm probably one of the last hippies, so I'm disappointed that rock is not trendy, anymore.

Wow, making me feel old...heh heh. In 2007 I was 18-19 and still trying to meld heavy guitar riffs with Industrial rhythms and trying to come up with something half-interesting. I've lost so many "okay" recordings that could have had potential.

That's cool you had a "musical education" like that. I remember growing an appreciation for Black Sabbath in the eighth grade, plus late 60's and early 70's rock that my father introduced to me that were his old favorites (he's a big fan of Iron Butterfly, Grand Funk Railroad, Zeppelin, etc). Good times.

What kind of guitar do you use?

Well, actually it's same with me. I don't have much musical inspiration and I feel like I could come up with crap and already heard melodies... this recording was experimental, but some of the excerpts would be used somewhere in my songs, like the first part.

I enjoyed listening. At least someone in this world still plays old school music. I also composed a certain amount of oldschool (tracker) music in my youth (you might have heard it in cracks or keygens).

Ah, man. This reminds me of the stuff I was making around 14/15 years old, first getting into recording and production/sound design, with Audacity nonetheless. It is a good first try, you have potential as a songwriter, but obviously the sound design/mix/recording needs work (Audacity limits what you can do in this regard, it does well as a recorder/sampler/editor, like if you're editing kick samples or whatever the workflow is quite conducive to that process, however solely as a DAW its capabilities are very limited, good to start on though, learning how to gain stage properly, etc).

Do you practice to a metronome? If you don't, I recommend making it a habit whenever you play, this is a cool, simple power chord riff but the somewhat sloppy playing detracts from its potential. Aside from that, just keep on refining and honing your skills. You know, music is a lifelong project and I can definitely tell you have the passion for it so that is great! If you ever need a question answered or want advice on a track (compositionally, engineering, mixing, sound design, whatever wise) just PM me.

It's interesting and well performed. I think some more chord progressions would help. 6/10
