My mum is serbian citizen and I went with her to the serbian embassy.

Report:

-I saw plenty of wogs, all darker olive tinted with dark hair. Kinda like the new serbian guy who looks like CommonSense, that type of dark. I should have taken pics to proof it to Varda. He would call them Vlachs.

- There was a very dark (really brown as serbs are not brown just olive or beige) afghan, paki or gypo. He didnt spoke serbian, and they talked german to him. I dont know what he was doing there it looked as if he wants to marry a serbian woman, he asked how to write Dragoslava, that seemed to be his girlfriend, they asked him in german whether they are in a relationship. It might have been a gypo, or a paki or something. He stood really out.

But that guy isn't dark, perhaps his skin tone isn't as pale as mine (hard to say based on one photo). Though for Austrian standards most of us are dark or at least 'different-looking'. And that Vlach excuse is pretty dumb, since Serbs and Romanians have roughly the same pigmentation, only features differ in certain cases.
