I am not trolling or exaggerating. Regarding the OP I said it's simply hard to judge from the pics as he did because you can't tell all the time the right color. As for Albania, Coon who studied Albanians for months has said the same thing so nothing surprising in what I said. Maybe Kosovo has more darker eyes, I don't know for sure, I have only been there once and can't form an opinion. But I have seen plenty light eyed people from Kosovo.

Pure blond means yellow/golden hair. 10% is for light hair. The Coon study fits well with 2 different amateur ones who also find around 10% light hair.
