How many anthro books have you read? There were a lot of much better anthropologists than him, but as said he wasn't bad per se, just had outdated methods and conceptions. Plus his work was more or less the compilational and very vague overview of Europe, not focusing on any region in particular.

Ratatoskr (who made humanphenotypes.com) posted this on AnthroScape (https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/anth...0.html#p637765):
That's true, but Coon really praised Biasutti's work as the best, so did Lundman some years later. So he was well respected. See this literature review on Biasutti, written by Coon. But yeah, unfortunately it's not in English.

You don't need any book to see that Albanians aren't as light as the Welsh, nor that Iraqis aren't lighter than Romanians. It's obvious. Coon's map has errors. He did not have access to the internet back in 1939 nor colour TV. He tried to synchrnoize dozens of unrelated studies that used different criteria and different scales and he logically didn't do a perfect job. For Blond hair check out XenophobicPrussian's study: https://www.theapricity.com/forum/sh...entation-study
And for light eyes check out my map:https://www.theapricity.com/forum/sh...ically-backed)
