Is this man Polish, Ukrainian or Russian?

Ukrainian. (Pred. let's say half) east nordid with baltid (jaw, lower half of the face) and dinarid being minor(5-10 percent).
His eye area and nose look very ukrainian to me.
I would say he's from the western part of Ukraine, or even could be around zaporozhia(I've seen similar types there).
