I forgot to ask you, since you've experience with latinos in real life when you lived in the US (Cubans, Puerto Ricans, etc...)

Which group of latinos would you had think people in the video fit better?

Hmm, well. I think as a group they could pass anywhere in LatinAm that has a significant Euro component, so Uruguayans, Argentines and Cubans, etc, maybe Puerto Ricans (now that you bring them up) but it sort of depends on what population we are talking about. The people I have met in the diaspora, say in New York or Miami were usually phenotypically triracials or some variant of that, meanwhile when I actually went to PR a lot of them, not most, but a sizable chunk just straight up looked like Canarios, it was actually kind of interesting to be so far away from the islands and seeing so many familiar faces.

If I had to guess what nationality these people were I would probably guess Argentine, but I could see them in a few different countries.

I've been doing a little research these days and I found another video from the same town very close to where I live with better quality to see the crowds (better if you turn down the volume). Please take a look and tell them what do you see/think. Some users have said they do look less white than pampean-argentine slums but I don't really think so, they look averall spanish with some touches of amerindian, some of them even from converse/moor stock. I grabbed the most unbiased videos possible

Here another video from a holy week procession. Here we found a mix between people from the city (medellin) and town (el santuario) I found impressive how the new generation kids look more mixed than their parents and grandparents, and the contrast between the youngster from the city (very mestizos) and town (still mostly mestizos, but with higher european features). Both look still predominently european as modern genetic study have proved (around 70-75% eurasian) as my last thread about this region proves (there are even genetic scientist that claim not to have found any trace of non-European ancestry in the inhabitants of El Santuario and Granada in Antioquia (follow the link to the thread and see last post)

This is a video from a middle class familiy of the region. Look how the dad looks like if was took straight from some northern europe village while the kids and mom look super meddish or even iberian gypsy or ethnic in the dark spectrum. But I guess they wouldn't stand out too much among native souther europeans, specially southern italians and sicilians.

Honestly I would have guess either Colombia, Ecuador or Venezuela just by going off the panorama. It looks like some town in the Northern Andes
