Everyone's a terrorist nowadays. Trump supporters, Antifa, BLM nogs looting stores, both Israel and the PLO, Kyle Rittenhouse, Osama Bin Laden, etc.

The CIA are not terrorists. Terrorism is committed by people or organizations that lack power or have a relative power disparity in regards to their target. The terrorist attack(s) is meant to enrage the powerful giant foe in order to goad them to overplay their hand or over react giving the terrorist(s) a rare window of opportunity.

Let's call them a criminal outfit then. What is undeniable, is that they are evil and unaccountable to the American people... and clearly working against the American people.

A Criminal outfit sounds reasonable as they have probably broken the international law e.g. United Nations statutes or whatnot but this is not my area of expertise.
