Co do języka to ekspertem nie jestem, kilka słów na krzyż znam, jednak brzmi dość topornie(zresztą ja też ze względu na tą samą wadę wymowy co powyższy pan), powiedzmy 3 na szynach

Brzmi, jakby mówił po niemiecku z polskim akcentem, ale z wadą wymowy.

The problem lies in the fact, that he never (as I know) spoke in german, but always was sugesting, that he is native, claiming, that "at home was spoken german" - and this spoken german was probably grandmother, not he. From this video it is obvious, that he is not native and has big problems with pronunciation - good polish lerner can do better. And the way of speaking suggests that he is not talking fluently, but either from prompter either he memorized the speech, in the language he is not fluent in. And in addition he's talking malarky.

He sounds like a typical Pole when he speaks German. It is possible that with time he lost some of his German skills.

Nie tylko ja pamiętam tę wypowiedź, a nie była ona jedyna.
Raz nawet chyba rzekł, (ale tu mogę się mylić) że niemiecki jest jego pierwszym językiem.
