If the ancestors of a person formed a binary tree (which they don't in reality), then over 30 generations, the person would have 2^30 ancestors, which is about 1 billion. It's highly unlikely that none of those billion owned a slave.
Actually, this way of calculating ancestors by "n" generations(2^n) is not correct. I guess you know it.

People don't like to use "Latino" because they say it is masculine hence sexist. "Latina" is the feminine. So now they are using Latinx instead, lolz

If by people you mean twitter users I agree with you. As an engineer I have to say it's painful to see how people from humanities use our 'x'. While we use it to build skyscrapers, roads, bridges, etc, they are using it to live inside their elitist bubbles. It's even more painful when third worlders who barely have to eat are worrying with such irrelevant debates.

Average people don't care if certain words sounds masculine or feminine, in old latin they used to have a neutral genre for words like city (urbe), using -e as neutral sound (this is what neutral really meant), how rich used to be old latin.

Well, "urbe" is a feminin word in Spanish, (la urbe), but is more feminin "ubre".

The general idea is right, there are huge differences between latin americans. But I think some americans (I'm talking about USA) are too obsessed with privileges, racism and minorities. It's like a race pretending to be opressed. I'm not white but I don't consider myself as opressed here in Peru. I'm not interested abouth claim 'historical debts'. In my country the most of activist for minorities are influenced by american and europeans NGOs, ironically many of them are middle and upper class criollos. Why do you consider so important to be opressed, like a pyramid of privileges, talking about races quotas? It sounds like a pathological obsession.
